Refund PolicyLAST UPDATED · 6 July 20261. Membership charges

You're charged on the day you subscribe and on the same date each month. Prices are shown in euro and include applicable taxes.

2. Canceling

You can cancel anytime from your account. Canceling stops future charges; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't offer partial-month refunds for cancellation. Note that deleting your account ends all memberships immediately, without a refund of the remaining period — if you want to keep access until your period ends, cancel first and delete later.

3. EU right of withdrawal

As an EU consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you first subscribe (Directive 2011/83/EU; Italian Consumer Code, arts. 52-59). Because your membership starts immediately, by subscribing you request the service to begin before the withdrawal period ends: if you withdraw within the 14 days, you're refunded minus a proportionate amount for the days already elapsed. To withdraw, email hello@membrs.world with your account email and club.

4. Errors and unused periods

If you're charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, a charge after you canceled), contact hello@membrs.world. Confirmed errors and refunds for unused full billing periods are processed by our team to your original payment method — typically within 5-10 business days of approval, depending on your bank.

5. Club-side perks

Specific perks (bookings, reserved areas) follow your club's own policy — a club may offer a refund or credit at its discretion for an event it cancels or reschedules.

6. Chargebacks
