membrs is the membership platform for nightlife — fixed venue or travelling format. Your regulars become members — a community you own, talk to directly, and watch come back week after week. Recurring revenue follows, with zero fixed costs.
Nightlife starts from zero every Friday — fixed venue or travelling format, same story. Your regulars come back, but nothing holds them. membrs makes them members: a community that stays. The recurring revenue comes with it.
Your loyal customers get a name, a card and a reason to stay — recognised at the door, first to know, part of the night. The recurring payout lands before you even open.
membrs collects and handles payments, renewals and invoicing. No separate till, no end-customer VAT: you issue one recurring invoice to us.
240 members at €39/month = €9,360 a month. €112,320 a year. Not the goal — the by-product of a community that stays.
The example is an 800-cap club. Membership stacks on top of ticketing, it doesn't replace it: a member pays the fee and buys the ticket. No cannibalization — one extra, predictable revenue line.
Price, spots, perks. No imposed catalogue. Every club/format builds its membership around its own crowd.
A few examples: drink or bottle included. Table priority. Members-only nights. Priority entry, if your club/format offers it. Guaranteed guestlist even at sold-out. Early access to nights with major guests. A +1 included every month. Members-only club merch. A members area inside the venue. Monthly or yearly, capped spots whenever you want: you decide how many members to accept.
membrs runs the machinery — payments, renewals, receipts. You keep the relationship with your members, and a recurring payment lands in your account, net of fees — fixed venue or travelling format.

30 seconds with a card. A QR on their phone with their perks.
No plastic cards, no paper lists. Renewals, failed payments and dunning run automatically.
At the door, staff scans the QR and knows who they are in a second — perks, status, history. The recurring payout arrives on its own.
In the dashboard: active members, who never misses a night, who's drifting away. Staff sees active perks and whether tonight's entry was already used. Your best customers, treated like it.
Build plans from the dashboard: drag the perks, set the price, cap the spots. No imposed catalogue, no developer. The membership for your club/format, built by you.

Examples: drink included, members-only nights, table priority, priority entry. Drag, reorder, add. Every perk is your call.
Decide what it's worth and how many members to accept. Monthly or yearly, with an optional cap to keep it exclusive.
Core, Founding, or whatever levels you want. Each tier with its own perks and price.
Edit the price or archive a plan whenever: active subscribers are never touched.
Running hundreds of subscribers by hand is impossible: payments, renewals, entry, comms. membrs is the infrastructure, ready to go — everything in one place, from the first member to the thousandth.

This month's MRR, active members, who's about to churn, next event. You know what you're making before you open.

Member growth, churn, check-in rate. The numbers that matter, ready for you.

Every member: plan, since when, last check-in. The community you never got to see before.

Message your members in chat and send push notifications from the dashboard. Announcements, closed nights, line-ups. Your direct channel — no algorithm in between.
On Instagram your audience is rented — the algorithm owns it. With membrs it's yours. In-app chat and push notifications land straight on members: the people who always come to your club or follow your format wherever it plays. An audience you own, not one you hope to reach.
Announce the night, the ticket drop, the surprise guest. It lands on the phone, not in a feed.
A direct line between you and your members. Questions, confirmations, hype before the night.
Fixed venue or travelling collective: the community follows you. Your format finally has an audience you bring with you.
Digital card, entry QR, events and bookings. Add to Apple and Google Wallet. At the door, staff scans it: validity in a second.

Fabric has sold membership since 2019. Soho House went private at nearly double the sector multiple. In Italy, nobody has done it yet.
Sector revenue still below 2019. Costs never came down.

240 members at €39. Predictable cash, whatever the weather.
Mid-size clubs in Italy. Then Europe.
Zero fixed costs, zero setup fee. membrs takes a commission only on membership revenues generated. If you earn nothing in a month, you pay nothing.
No. A member pays the fee and buys the ticket. Membership is the relationship; the ticket stays the transaction. The extra revenue is a consequence, not a replacement.
No. membrs doesn't sell entry and doesn't issue admission tickets: no connection to ticketing, presales or copyright-levy obligations (SIAE in Italy). The membership is a subscription to the club/format's perks. Entry stays managed by the club/format as always, through its own ticketing.
Depends on capacity, price and the spots you open. The on-page example: 800-cap club, 240 members at €39 = €9,360/month. With 300 members at €49 it's €14,700. Run your own math: members × fee, every month.
Because they already come to your nights. Membership doesn't sell them cheaper entry: it gives them belonging — the venue knows them, and the extra perks are yours to decide. People who belong come back x2.3 more often than walk-ins.
Yes. If you're a travelling format, the scanner is an app on a phone: any venue, any city, any night. No hardware, no integration with the host venue. The community follows you, not the address.
Yes. They are independent: a club runs its own membership, a format runs its own. A clubber can hold both.
We do. We issue receipts to members and handle VAT on your behalf. You receive a single recurring payment and issue us one invoice for it — no separate cash desk, no end-customer VAT to manage.
Yes. There's no imposed catalogue. Each club/format builds its own plan: prices, maximum capacity, tier-specific benefits. You decide what's worth it for your members.
Recurring — monthly or annual, your choice. The system handles renewals, payment failures and dunning automatically.
The member opens the app and shows the QR. Your staff scans it — in one second they see active benefits and whether that entry has already been used that night. No paper list, no arguments.
Onboarding is self-serve and instant. Configure your plan and publish your club/format page without waiting for anyone.
